causing your health to decline
and the darkness of negativity to prevail
FORGIVENESS releases bound up stress
RENEWING your inner soul
RESTORING your physical being
RELEASING the LIGHT of POSITIVITY
don’t ever let the negative emotion
of anger control your life
EMBRACE the POSITIVE emotions
of LOVING FORGIVENESS

tense muscles
headaches
hurt
resentment
FORGIVENESS brings -
LOVE
LAUGHTER
LIGHTNESS
refusing to be angry
gives you back your life

patience is not often seen
anger is a poison

Displaced anger is so dangerous. I admit I am guilty of it at times and I hate it. I need to direct my anger at the one who has angered/hurt me, not an innocent and vulnerable victim. Thanks G. Love you.
