when was the last time
you spent QUALITY time
with yourself or someone
RELISHING the MOMENT
today was my day off work
to take in the JOY of life
with my daughter
what a BLESSING
lunch at a FUN outdoor cafe
shopping to lighten our day
walked walked walked
talked talked talked
just arrived home
from seeing a FABULOUS movie
with my work schedule
this is a HUGE DELIGHTFUL bonus
a time to just PLAY
is EXTREMELY VITAL
for our WELL-BEING
the JOY of POSITIVE ENERGY
so now as i write this
i am wondering
when was the last time
you simply just had a PLAY day
time with someone you LOVE
or just being alone to -
RENEW
REFRESH
RELAX
BLESSINGS to all as -
next for this evening
is a LAVENDER shower
yoga
topped off with a good book

CHEERY SUNFLOWERS

the BEAUTY in life
then i will truly find it
looking at the POSITIVE
stop complaining which
produces the negative
hurting others and myself
learn to ~
STOP and BREATH
allowing negativity into my mind
plants toxic seeds
which sprouts to my heart
flowing from my mouth
in the form of ugly weeds
when a POSITIVE thought occurs
LOVING seeds are planted in my MIND
FLOWERING into my HEART
flowing from my mouth
BLOSSOMING into BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS
SUNFLOWERS are my favorite FLOWER
BRIGHT
SOARING
CHEERY
BEAUTIFUL
the tallest flower in the garden
there to bring all the other plants
JOY
SUNSHINE
LOVE
that’s my GOAL to be a SUNFLOWER
to bring JOY into the lives of others
SPREAD the SUNSHINE
and those weeds will wither up and die 
EMBRACE your thoughts
with POSITIVITY GROWING into
PASSIONATE SUNFLOWERS
